1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Afristores.co (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Afristores e-commerce platform and all related services. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Payments & Billing
Certain services on the Platform are provided on a paid subscription basis. By selecting a premium service, you agree to pay Afristores the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.
Subscription Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities
- You are responsible for payment of all such taxes
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
Price Changes
Afristores reserves the right to change subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Afristores website or through the administration panel of your store.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Afristores and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform ("Your Content").
By submitting, posting, or displaying Your Content on the Platform, you grant Afristores a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish Your Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your store.
5. Prohibited Activities
As a condition of your use of the Platform, you warrant that you will not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Platform.
Prohibited Uses Include:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights
- Harassing, abusing, or harming another person
- Submitting false or misleading information
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code
- Collecting or tracking the personal information of others
- Spamming, phishing, or similar activities
- Engaging in any obscene or offensive behavior
Afristores reserves the right to terminate your use of the Platform for violating any of the prohibited uses or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Platform or delete your account through your account settings.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Afristores and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Neither Afristores nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Platform will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Platform at your own discretion and risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Afristores, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Any content obtained from the Platform
- Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
This limitation of liability section applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Afristores has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Platform.
